Welcome to Purfect Paws. We are the cat sitter that love cats! We cover Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone & Tonbridge and Malling

We are able to visit your cat/ cats up to twice a day to ensure they are fed and cared for. We look after them in their own home meaning they are instantly happier not having to change environment. We are available 365 days of the year.

We are fully insured with a 'Pet Business Insurance' to visit your home and also have DBS checks.

We always meet with customers in advance of cat sitting for a home registration meeting. This normally takes about 15-20 and will cover going through all relevant info for us to carry out our job including key collection. Hopefully your cat will be around for us to meet too.

Invoices are sent after the registration meeting and need to be paid in advance of the cat sitting.

Your house keys are allocated a unique number which is kept securely on our database system. This system can only be access by Purfect Paws Staff. We hold many keys for our customers to provide flexibility in cae of a last minute booking.

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of a booking will receive a 100% refund and those made with less than 7 days will be refunded 50%.

While you’re away we provide a complimentary service message on our 'First and Last' visits to advise you we have started and completed our service for you. During the visits we send a picture. Sometimes cats aren’t home which is why we can’t guarantee doing this daily. If you require more images these are chargeable at £1 per time.

If your cat runs out of food or food isn’t left please note there is a £10 charge plus the cost of the food.
